Vu l'ordonnance en date du 24 juillet 1984, enregistrée au secrétariat du contentieux du Conseil d'Etat le 10 août 1984, par laquelle le président du tribunal administratif de Paris a transmis au Conseil d'Etat, en application de l'article R. 74 du code des tribunaux administratifs, la demande présentée à ce tribunal par Mme X... ;
Vu la demande, enregistrée au greffe du tribunal administratif de Paris le 22 juin 1984, présentée par Mme X..., demeurant à Morsang-sur-Orge 91390 , ... , et tendant à l'annulation pour excès de pouvoir de la décision prise par le ministre de l'éducation nationale de déclasser en poste d'assistant un poste de maître-assistant de littérature comparée publié vacant sous cet intitulé en 1983 ;
